Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Superfanly. By connecting your channel or using the service, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.

1. The service

Superfanly is a tool for YouTube creators that reads your comments, ranks them, drafts replies in your voice for your review, and surfaces insights about your audience. Superfanly assists you — it does not act on its own. Superfanly is operated by 21Coders Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a company based in India.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Superfanly. You connect Superfanly to your Google and YouTube account using Google sign-in; you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that happens under it.

3. Your responsibilities

• You approve every reply. Superfanly drafts replies, but nothing is posted to YouTube until you explicitly approve it. You are responsible for the content of every reply you publish.
• You will use Superfanly only for channels you own or are authorized to manage.
• You will not use Superfanly to send spam, harassment, deceptive, or otherwise abusive content, or to violate the rights of others.
• You will comply with YouTube’s policies, including its Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.

4. YouTube API Services

Superfanly uses YouTube API Services. By using Superfanly, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Your data is handled in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy and our own Privacy Policy. You may revoke Superfanly’s access to your data at any time via your Google Account permissions page.

5. Plans, billing, and refunds

• Superfanly offers a Free plan and paid plans (Creator and Pro). Current pricing is shown on our pricing section.
• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled. Founding-member pricing, where offered, applies for the lifetime of a continuous subscription.
• You can cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods except where required by law.
• We may change our prices with reasonable advance notice.

6. Intellectual property

Superfanly and its software, design, and content are owned by us and our licensors. Your content — your comments, replies, and channel data — remains yours. You grant us the limited permission needed to process it in order to provide the service.

7. Disclaimers

Superfanly is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that draft replies will be accurate or appropriate for every situation — you are responsible for reviewing them before posting. Superfanly is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Superfanly will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or reputation, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using Superfanly and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to the service.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts located in India will have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from them.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of Superfanly after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
